  1. 1. Account deletion
    How to delete your account

    You can delete your account by following the steps below:
    1. Log in to the Luckin App, tap on “Account” and then tap on the Settings icon on the top right.
    2. Once you are in “Settings”, tap “General Settings.”
    3. Once you are in “General Settings,” tap “Delete Account.”
    4. Follow the instructions to delete your account.
    Deleting your account will result in the permanent closure of your Luckin account that can't be reversed. To extent permitted by applicable law, once your account deletion request has been processed, your personal information associated with the account will be permanently deleted or anonymized . This means that you may not be able to use all or part of the services provided by Luckin Coffee, and if you decide to use Luckin Coffee’s sites and services again in the future, you'll need to set up a new account.
  2. 2. Opting out from marketing communications and other notifications
    Exercising your right to opt out from receiving marketing emails and/or SMS messages

    You can manage your marketing preferences at any time by logging in to your account and following these steps:
    1. Log in to Luckin App, tap on “Account” and then tap on the Settings icon on the top right.
    2. Once you are in “Settings,” tap on “General Settings.”
    3. Once you are in “General Settings,” tap on “Promotions.” Please ensure that the button on the right of “Promotions” is greyed out - this means that you will no longer receive marketing emails and/or SMS messages.
    Exercising your right to opt out from receiving transactional/service messages

    We may send you transactional messages (such as order confirmations or pickup notifications) to keep you updated on your purchases. These messages are not promotional and are intended to support your experience with our services. If you prefer not to receive such messages, please contact our customer service team at cs@luckincoffee.us, and we will assist you with opting out.

    Subject to the conditions and to the extent set out in applicable laws, you may have the following rights:

    1. Right to Know and Access: A right to confirm whether Luckin Coffee is processing personal information about you, and to request to access such personal information (including, if applicable, in a portable and readily usable format).
    2. Right to Correct: A right to correct inaccuracies in certain personal information Luckin Coffee may hold about you. You can edit your profile information yourself on the Account page in Luckin App.
    3. Right to Delete: A right to request that Luckin Coffee delete personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to applicable exceptions.
    If any of the above rights are available to you under applicable law, you can submit a request to exercise your rights by:

    To the extent permitted under applicable law, please note that we may take steps to verify your identity before acting on your request to exercise your rights or granting you access to information.
    We may limit our response to your exercise of the above rights as permitted under applicable law. If your rights request is denied, applicable law may give you a right to lodge an appeal with us, and you may appeal our decision with respect to your request by contacting us as described in the “Contact Us” section below.
